Personal data your team enters
Section titled “Personal data your team enters”Assignments, notes, and exported files may include personal data (for example contact names). Your organisation is responsible for using that data lawfully inside your account.
Google Street View
Section titled “Google Street View”Some store workflows can show Google Street View imagery under Google’s terms and StoreScout’s consent flow.
Expect:
- Clear consent before certain loads
- Restrictions on capturing or exporting Street View pixels contrary to policy
- Product blocks on attaching restricted screenshots to bug reports on those routes
If you are unsure whether an image can be used for analysis or sharing, do not upload it until your StoreScout contact confirms.
