Store profile and evidence
A store profile is the full picture of one outlet: identity, location, evidence, and actions your role allows.
Open a profile
Section titled “Open a profile”From Stores, open a row or map marker. You may see:
- A drawer (fast side panel) for quick checks
- A full page profile for deeper work
Use whichever your UI offers; content should match for the same store.
What to review
Section titled “What to review”Typical sections (availability varies):
- Trading name and chain/fascia
- Address and location context
- Ownership or legal entity hints when present
- Contact or follow-up fields your team maintains
- Site or RVM-related context when those modules are enabled
- Activity and workflow history
Evidence good practice
Section titled “Evidence good practice”- Prefer fields and sources shown in-product over unverified spreadsheets.
- If something looks wrong, use in-app refresh/enrichment where available, or flag via Report a problem with the store id from the URL.
- Do not paste restricted imagery or third-party screenshots into tickets when policy forbids it (see Privacy and Street View).
Priority on the profile
Section titled “Priority on the profile”Store Priority (or similar ranking labels) helps your team order work. It is not:
- A legal determination under DRS rules
- A guarantee of commercial outcome
- A substitute for on-site judgement
