Credits and usage

StoreScout may meter some actions with credits or usage allowances so heavy work stays within your plan. This page explains behaviour, not prices or package negotiation.

Depending on configuration, credits or usage may apply to actions such as:

  • Discovery or territory jobs
  • Enrichment / refresh of store evidence
  • Certain export or assessment paths

The product UI should show when an action will consume allowance before you confirm, where that is implemented.

Admins and operators often see remaining allowance or usage summaries. Viewers may not. If you cannot see credits, that does not mean actions are free — confirm with your admin.

  1. Plan bulk work — enrich a shortlist, not every store by default.
  2. Watch failed jobs — retries may consume usage depending on product rules.
  3. Coordinate as a team — two people enriching the same large set wastes allowance.
  4. Ask before large runs — your StoreScout contact can advise on pilot scope.
  • Unit prices, package fees, or discounting
  • Internal cost models
  • Exact credit formulas that are commercial or change by contract

For commercial questions, use your StoreScout representative or the contacts on Contact support.
